专利摘要:
In finned tube arrangements for cooling a medium which flows in the finned tubes by a second medium which flows outside of the finned tubes and transversely thereof, flow guide elements are positioned at the inflow side and/or at the outflow side of the finned tube arrangement to reduce the pressure loss and, possibly, increase the heat transfer coefficient.

This invention relates to heat engineering.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat transfer.
Fig. 1 shows one row of a bundle of finned tubes with a slit guide; Fig. 2 shows a bundle of finned tubes with guiding elements with a dense packing of the bundle, a section; in FIG. 3 - the same, with far separated beam rows; Fig 4 is the same when using a series of pipes; Fig. 5 shows a bundle of oval-finned tubes with guide elements, a section; Fig. 6 illustrates a bundle of streamlined, streamlined tubular tubes with guide elements, a section.
The bundle of finned heat exchange tubes 1, arranged in transverse rows 2 with respect to the direction of the annular medium, contains streamlined elements 3 along the flow and having thickened 4 and narrowed 5 sections.
The constricted sections 5 are located between adjacent pipes 1. Guide elements 3 are arranged in planes offset relative to the axes of pipes 1, and are installed in front of rows 2 and at the exit of the beam. The maximum size of the thickened portions 4 of the guide members 3 is offset from the centers of the members 3 towards the tubes 1. The guide members 3 can be made of plastic. The guiding elements 3 located at the exit of the beam can be installed to form diffuser channels 6 between them. Opening angle
served in the direction perpendicular to the range of 2 TT 1. At the same time, the installation of the ne 3 flow reduces the pressure drop coefficient without reducing the heat transfer coefficient. The flow of coolant using NE 3 is directed to the core TT In this case, the kinetic energy of the flow at the output of the beam from the side of the channels is 6 m. recovered, leading to energy savings. 3 3 о п, ф-л, 6 Il.
diffuser channels 6 vary from 4 to 10 °,
The tapered area 5 for each element 3 ,. placed in front of rows 2 of pipe 1, there may be a double-curved profile S and element 3 placed at the exit from the beam has a V-shaped profile.
The coolant flow is served in the direction perpendicular to the number of ladders 2. pipes 1. At the same time the installation. flow guide elements 3 reduces the differential ratio, the pressure without reducing the heat ratio). With this design of the guiding elements 3, the heat carrier flow is directed to the core pipes 15, while the kinematic energy of the flow at the beam output from the diffuser channels 6 can be recovered, which leads to energy savings. .
